Official: Russia fulfills OPEC+ deal close to 100% in July

MOSCOW, Jul 30 (PRIME) -- Russia fulfilled the OPEC plus oil output restriction deal by about 100% in July, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Friday.

"I will not tell you the exact figure but it was close to 100%. We don't have strong volatility here, (this figure) is about the same as last month," Novak said.

He added that Russia can raise output by 100,000 barrels per day in August, as stipulated by the new terms of the OPEC plus deal.
